ABOUT ME

Alex is currently Global Head of Strategic Partnerships at HSBC Ventures, the central innovation team at HSBC.

Prior to his current role he managed HSBC CVC's portfolio of investments where he advised a variety of leading Fintech startups on commercial operations.

His previous experience also includes leadership roles in the technology and defence sectors.

As a self-confessed “Geek” Alex has a keen interested in technology especially in the fields of Machine Learning and Cryptography.
